Worst experience yet. Staff were fighting with each other and the bartender is a big douche to everyone (tall, bald guy).Food was awful and expensive. The chicken did not taste right at all, I can't even describe it, that is not what grilled chicken tastes like.
I arrived a little ahead of lunch time, ordered the Seared Salmon and it was actually quite delicious, the veggies were fresh and tasty as well. Just very overpriced though for having to order from an iPad (which is fine with me in concept, more efficient anyway if the cc swiped is working), and also the usb power outlet was not working at all, and the staff did not care when alerted (I know there’s nothing they could do about it in the moment, but they could have offered to seat me at another spot that they know has a working outlet, and noted the faulty outlet for management to get fixed later).
The service was horrible and it was not during a rush hour. I had to ask for a refills and no one checked on how the food was. I had to ask someone after sitting there for a half hour to get assistance bc my food wasn't right. I had to send my food back bc it was not cooked right. Instead of apologizing and getting it fixed the waitress tells me it will take a while to get as if I didn't state medium rare on my order. Then after I got the good the second time she never came back even bypassing my empty water glass until I asked for her to refill our glasses. I was in there for an hour and from start to finish not one person asked if we needed help, if we needed anything at all. I will not return again.
To start milk tastes like it was funneled through. Cereal. The drinks were wayyyyy too strong...and my sandwhich smelt funny and tasted funny turns out it was all moldy!!!!!!! Tried to tell guy and he walked away and never got the ice cream I paid 10$. When I asked for the refund I told the guy again the bread is moldy needs to be tossed he said oh... And then him and the manager went back and started laughing and I paid 42$ for two drinks I left full and half a grilled cheese once I found the moldy bread so I basically paid 42$ for a kid meal amount of fries
Awful is an understatement. I spent over $150 for breakfast for me and my 3 children. Including their forced tipping. My egg sandwich came out with the incorrect cheese. I sent it back, 15 min later i get back same sandwich with a new top bun and cheese. The rest was cold. Pancakes were gooey in the middle. I literally had to walk around restaurant to find my waitress for any service.
Overpriced trash tier food. Airport restaurants jack up their prices due to he captive consumers. They do not even have wait staff, but still absurd prices.
Never got our food.After we ordered we could not get any help from the servers. My husband had to get up and find a manger, who assured us that the charges would be cancelled. Guess what? Charges showed up on our credit card.
Came for dinner. Service was.good but food was horrible. The $34 stew was made we the steak-um. The bread pudding tasted like and was.hard like a fruit cake. The "fresh" whipped cream? You guessed it....came from a.can and if there was peach coulis, it wasn't on my plate. French onion soup was good though. In hindsight, I should have gotten a premade wrapped sandwich from the fridge across the hall.

It's very fancy and nice for an airport location, however the premium on this location is insane.Service is fast and the host was helpful, however be wary of what you want before you order.I ordered two items and was told after I was charged service and tip that my foods were unavailable and was asked to order something else. I didn't really like that.I was given a substitute of a creme brulee and a seasonal tea in exchange for my original order. It was ok, but the tea wasn't that great.I didn't have a great experience and I wouldn't recommend airport food, but if I had to, I would probably eat at a different spot.
Croque madame was delivered as a Croque monsieur where is my egg? They carry Hitachino Red Rice which was a pleasant surprise. What isn’t a surprise was the airport pricing.
Bad thing to say more
I wish i could put a negative tip. The server "Cilante" aggressively asked about a tip to which I politely replied that I tip after service. Please note I love to tip people. She then proceed to be very aggressive and rude to me. She went as far to roll her eyes at me 5 times when I was asking for a to go box. As well as awful service from Cilante, the food is awful.
Food is ok but overpriced. They have you order off of iPads that sot in front of you for the duration of the meal, playing advertisements while you eat. Even though the iPads have replaced your server, the restraunt automatically adds a 18% gratuity as you're closing your tab. It is adjustable if you notice it in time, but still ludicrous considering.

Overprice mediocre food.
It’s overpriced as nearly all sit down airport restaurants are, but the two times I’ve been, the bartender/server has been absolutely fantastic. Funny thing is, the iPads you order from all but remove the need for good service, and yet he goes above and beyond. I’ve enjoyed the French onion soup, a creme brûlée and a glass of wine there twice. What can I say, when I find something good I stick to it!
Terrible. Truly terrible. Pick anywhere else in the airport to eat. Nice enough people, but food isn’t good enough. Have to try harder. It starts with ingredients. Charge premium prices, but deliver a bit above the below average being served. Airports don’t need to suck.
